Thank you for purchasing services from JunayedHub. We strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services and want you to be satisfied with your investment. This Return & Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request them, and how we handle payments (including via PayPal and Cryptomus).


1. Services & Deliverables

  • Our services include, but are not limited to: YouTube Marketing, SEO (on-page/off-page), Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, keyword research, content optimization, organic traffic strategies, etc.

  • Deliverables may include strategy documents, ad creatives, campaign setup, reports, optimization work.


2. No “Product Returns”

  • Because our services are digital / performance-based and once delivered / initiated cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, we do not accept returns of completed work or deliverables that have already been provided to you.

  • However, we do offer refunds, in certain cases, as detailed below.


3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

Condition Description
Non-delivery We fail to begin the agreed service within the agreed timeframe without acceptable notice.
Non-performance We deliver the service but fail to meet agreed milestones or deliverables (as per our service agreement or proposal).
Major defects Deliverables are significantly below the quality standard or are unusable, and we are unable to correct them within a reasonable period.

Conditions not eligible for refund:

  • Minor changes or tweaks requested after deliverables are submitted (unless explicitly covered in the agreement).

  • Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations that were not part of the agreed scope.

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g. late approval of content, failure to supply required info/materials).

  • Service naturally taking time to show results (e.g. SEO, organic traffic) — performance-based metrics might need a longer period.


4. Refund Timeframe

  • All refund requests must be made in writing (email or via contact form) within 14 days of deliverable submission or, in the case of ongoing services, within 14 days of noticing the issue.

  • Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 7 business days.


5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to contact@junayedhub.com with subject line: Refund Request – [Service Name / Order #]

  2. Include:

    • Your name, project or order number

    • The service purchased and date

    • What was promised vs what you received (with evidence/screenshots as appropriate)

    • What outcome you are seeking (partial/full refund, redo or correction)

  3. We will review and respond within 3 business days.


6. Refund Methods & Payment Channels

All refunds are made using the same method by which you paid, unless otherwise agreed. We support the following payment channels:

  • PayPal – if you paid via PayPal, we will refund via PayPal. For more on PayPal’s buyer protection policies, please see their site: PayPal

  • Cryptomus – if you paid via Cryptomus (cryptocurrency payment gateway), we will refund through Cryptomus in the same currency / crypto (or equivalent value), subject to any fees. See: Cryptomus

Important: The recipient’s account must be able to accept refunds via the same gateway. Any fees charged by PayPal or Cryptomus (transaction / conversion fees) may be deducted from your refund amount, unless otherwise agreed.


7. Partial Refunds & Adjustments

  • In some cases a partial refund may be offered (for example, for work not completed, or where part of the service was delivered properly).

  • If issues can be fixed (revisions, corrections), we may offer to fix them instead of a full refund.


8. Cancellation Before Work Begins

  • If you cancel the service before we begin any work, you are eligible for a full refund (minus any minimal fees, if applicable).

  • Once work has commenced (e.g. campaign setup started, content being produced), cancellation may qualify only for partial refund proportional to the work done.


9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “15 September 2025.” Your continued use of our services after those changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
